Since 2011, Georgia Ophthalmologists has provided the most comprehensive range of eye care services available in Northeast Georgia.
With three convenient office locations in Covington, Athens, and Jackson, we cover everything from routine eye exams to the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of eye health problems, including retinal disorders, glaucoma and dry eye. Our surgical services include LASIK, cataract removal, correction of common eyelid disorders such as drooping or sagging eyelids, and pterygium removal.
Georgia Ophthalmologists has earned a strong reputation as a patient-centered practice, providing our patients outstanding personalized ophthalmic care. Our physicians and medical staff are highly trained in the latest techniques in vision correction, diagnostic screening, and surgical procedures, and will work diligently to ensure that you receive the very best in ophthalmic care.
Unlike most eye care professionals, Georgia Ophthalmologists performs many surgical procedures in our own in-house outpatient surgery center, located in our Covington office, thereby eliminating the inconvenience and added expense of a hospital visit. (LASIK surgeries are performed in our Athens office.) Our state-of-the-art outpatient surgery center is accredited by The Joint Commission.
We also offer a full-service optical shop in both our Covington and Jackson locations, with a broad range of styles and brands priced to fit any budget. We cut, edge and assemble our glasses onsite in our Covington lab, and take pride in our craftsmanship and commitment to quality. We also specialize in the fitting of contact lenses at our Covington and Jackson locations.
Georgia Ophthalmologists is passionate about eyes. We look forward to partnering with you for #VisionForLife.
